I hope all is well with you and you are enjoying any time off you can fit into your schedule.
I wanted to keep everyone in the loop on the series of VTCs the Ed Tech Group will be hosting this year throughout the District. The first one is scheduled for Thursday, August 21st from 3-5 PM in the library at Nimitz MS. Below you will find links to the Ed Tech Reference Guide as well as the flyer for the event.

Please contact any one you feel may benefit from this VTC on the applications that the Ed Tech Group will be supporting and how schools and teachers can take advantage of these applications. With the District's push to move more of our operations to the local district offices, administrators and teachers will need to be aware of the new way our office will be handling requests for video conferencing, face to face professional development, Moodle shells and other on line learning opportunities.
If you know of someone who you think would benefit from this conference, please share this information with them.
We will be hosting other video conferences in the near future on a variety of topics. If you have a location that would like to host one of these, please let me know.
